2. Description of Service

TradeRevise provides a trading journal platform that allows users to:

• Import and track trading executions from supported brokers
• Analyze trading performance and statistics
• Manage trading strategies and journal entries
• Access analytics and reporting features

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card required for trial.

Paid Subscriptions: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your trading data and personal information are subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain all ownership rights to your trading data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the data you upload to the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability: The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in data processing, we are not responsible for errors in imported trading data or calculations.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeRevise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
